Coach Tricia
Coach Tricia served 6 years of active duty in the US Navy with two deployments overseas as an aircraft carrier weapon systems operator. Her passion lied in collateral duties as the physical fitness coordinator for her department. She spent much of her free time leading physical training for those who were not able to pass the semi-annual fitness tests.

Receiving an honorable discharge in 2006, Tricia spent eight years pursuing the highest levels of fitness for herself and those around her. She began learning power lifting and Olympic lifting, as her interest grew and she joined a Crossfit gym in 2008. After obtaining her Crossfit Level 1 certification she began teaching hundreds of adults how to get into the best shape of their lives.

Having moved beyond Crossfit Tricia is now dedicated to creating and leading others in detailed training programs for specific sports, individual goals, strength gains, weight loss and for better health in general. Tricia possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science, NASM certification along with a Crossfit Level 1 Certification.

Being married to a busy football coach and mothering three young children, Tricia understands how difficult it can be to take care of yourself in this fast paced culture. She thrives on motivating those around her to work out consistently and push their bodies in order to reach their goals. She knows that by doing so they will improve their quality of life now and will ensure a better quality of life in later years.

Tricia’s Fitness Training certifications are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer Certification
  • Crossfit Level 1 Certification
