Pinnacle Training Center is a unique training facility. We are a hardcore gym that contains the essentials to get you into the best shape of your life along with a community of positive people who support, motivate and better each other every day. Our program is designed to accommodate everyone from the couch potato to the young athlete, working professional and the stay at home moms in a raw environment. Our mission is to help create a stronger, leaner, healthier you, physically and mentally, whether you want to flex in the mirror or just get fit.

Working out with a group of like mined individuals all striving for the same successes creates motivation, encouragement and success. Each of our workouts are modifiable to fit all fitness levels and physical ability’s as clients begin their training. All you have to do is show up ready to kill the workout everyday! We are easily accessible from Cedar Park and Leander areas as well as Round Rock.

Our Pinnacle Fit program includes mobility, strength training, metabolic conditioning(Cardio) and even some fun kickboxing workouts to keep things fresh. We incorporate resistance training, agility training and metabolic conditioning to increase speed, stamina, balance, strength and coordination. In our warm ups we rotate through dynamic movements and stretches to prepare the body and mind to do work. The main section of the workouts will utilize either plyometric training, agility training, circuit training, body-weight exercises, cardio kickboxing and/or weight training (barbell/kettle bell/medball). Some workouts focus time to building lean muscle and burning fat, others to conditioning.

In our Pinnacle Power Program we focus on exactly that, POWER. These workouts are Monday/Thursday evenings at 7 pm and they are hardcore lifting workouts. If you don’t want to be strong as sh!@ don’t come to these workouts. If you want to get jacked and be strong as an OX come to these workouts.
