Our Mixed Martial Arts Program is for competitive and non competitive individuals, it is a mixture of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and Boxing training. We meet on Tuesdays from 5:30-7 pm and the remainder of the week we train Muay Thai, BJJ and Boxing classes. This training session is broken down into two main parts, MMA/Grappling rounds (1st half) and Muay Thai striking rounds (2nd half).

We do have requirements for coming to MMA practice at Pinnacle Training Center. This training session is unavailable for the trial class when trying our facility. Trials must be in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and/or Pinnacle Fit classes. The requirements for attending MMA training are that you are a three stripe white belt or higher in BJJ and/or have been training Muay Thai for 6 months or more. We require this because the training session is faster paced than regular classes with less specific instruction.

In order to come to this practice you must attend Muay Thai/Boxing classes and BJJ classes regularly once you have met the above requirements you will be invited to come to practice. Please know we have these requirements for the safety of our teammates, students and coaches. We prefer to maintain a safe controlled training environment, knowing the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and/or Boxing are a part of that. Additionally getting to know your community, teammates and coaches before reaching sparring is just as important.
